Privacy Policy

AshwaPulse is a platform for running equestrian shows in India — entries, payments, vet checks, start orders, live scoring and results. It is operated by the platform administrator, reachable at support@ashwapulse.com. Individual shows are run by their organising clubs, who act as data users of the entries submitted to their show.

We only collect what is needed to run a horse show:

• Account details — name, email, phone number: to operate your account and show your contact to organisers on your entries.
• Rider records — name, date of birth, federation IDs (EFI/FEI), club: dates of birth are used solely to determine competition age categories.
• Horse records — name, registration IDs, grading: for class eligibility and vet checks.
• Entries and payments — classes entered, fees, payment method, payment references and uploaded payment proof: to collect and reconcile entry fees. We never store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank passwords.
• Show operations data — vet inspection outcomes, scores, placings: to produce official results.

Competitive sport is public by nature. When an organiser publishes them, the following appear on public pages and printed sheets: rider names, horse names, clubs/teams, start orders, scores, placings and results. Phone numbers, emails, dates of birth and payment details are never shown publicly.

Many riders are under 18. Entries for minors must be submitted by a parent, guardian or authorised club secretary, who by submitting confirms they have the authority to provide the minor's details for competition purposes. A minor's date of birth is used only for age-category placement; only their name, horse, club and results appear publicly.

All platform data is stored in India (Mumbai) with our database provider, Supabase. The website is delivered through Vercel's global network. Payment proof images and show logos are stored in the same Mumbai-hosted storage. Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS).

We use essential cookies only — the ones that keep you signed in. There are no advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies.

Show records (entries, payments, results) are retained as long as the show's records are needed — results are the permanent sporting record. Account data is kept while your account is active. Audit logs of payment and entry decisions are retained for accountability.

You may access and correct your own data from your profile and registry pages. For correction of published results, contact the show organiser (results can only be amended by the show office). For account deletion, data questions or complaints, our grievance contact is support@ashwapulse.com. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by the DPDP Act.

You can withdraw your consent at any time using the "Privacy choices" link in the page footer — withdrawing is as easy as agreeing. After withdrawal the notice is shown again, and the platform cannot be used further without agreeing. To also remove your account data, email the grievance contact below.

If this policy changes materially, the version number changes and you will be asked to review and agree again on your next visit.
