Delete your account

There is no self-service delete button. To request deletion:

1. Email ashwapulse@gmail.com from the email address your account is registered with.
2. Use the subject line "Delete my AshwaPulse account".
3. Include your registered name, email address and mobile number so we can identify the account.

Email your deletion request

We respond within a reasonable time as required by India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). If the request comes from a different address than the registered one, we will ask you to confirm from the registered address first.

The account holder can ask. Where a rider is a minor, the parent, guardian or authorised club secretary who registered them can ask on their behalf.

On completion of a deletion request we remove:

• your account and sign-in credentials;
• your account contact details — name, email address and mobile number;
• rider records you own, including date of birth, federation IDs (EFI/FEI) and club; and
• payment-proof images you uploaded.

Some show records cannot be erased, because a competition result is a permanent sporting record and shows must be able to account for entries and money. After deletion we retain:

• Published results, placings and start orders — the permanent sporting record of a completed competition.
• Entry and payment records, and audit logs of entry and payment decisions — retained for accountability to the organising club.

These retained records are held by the organising club as the show's own records. They keep the rider and horse name that appeared publicly at the show; they do not keep your email address, mobile number or date of birth, which are never shown publicly.

If you only want something corrected rather than deleted, you can edit your own details from your profile and registry pages. Published results can only be amended by the show office — contact the show organiser for those.
