Terms of Use

AshwaPulse lets you view shows publicly and, with an account, submit entries, manage rider/horse records, pay entry fees and — for show staff — run show operations. By using it you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

• You must be 18 or older to create an account. Riders under 18 compete through entries submitted by a parent, guardian or authorised club secretary — they do not need their own account.
• Keep your login credentials to yourself; you are responsible for actions taken with your account.
• Information you submit — rider details, dates of birth, horse records, entries — must be accurate. Age categories, eligibility and vet decisions are based on it.
• Entries for riders under 18 may only be submitted by a parent, guardian or authorised club secretary.
• Submitting an entry creates an obligation to pay the applicable entry fees unless the entry is rejected or the fee is waived by the organiser.

• Each show is run by its organising club. Entry acceptance, fees, waivers, vet outcomes, start orders, scoring and results are decisions of the show officials, not of the platform.
• Published start orders can change until a class begins. Published results are final unless corrected by the show office.
• Your competition data (name, horse, club, placings) appears publicly when published — this is inherent to competitive sport.

The platform records payments and issues acknowledgements on behalf of organisers; it does not itself process card or bank transactions. Verify payment details (UPI IDs, account numbers) against the show's official prospectus before paying. Receipts are issued by the show office.

Do not misuse the platform: no false entries, no attempts to access other users' data, no scraping of personal information, no interference with scoring or show operations. Accounts that misuse the platform may be suspended.

The platform is provided as-is for show administration. To the extent permitted by law, the platform operator is not liable for decisions of show officials, for losses arising from incorrect information submitted by users, or for temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
